Install and use Fashionupdater on a smartphone

Fashionupdater mobile is a smartphone-specific experience that uses the same account, Workspace, content, and permissions as the desktop app.

What you can do on mobile

The bottom navigation provides quick access to Home, Models, Conversations, Tasks, and Search. From Home you can also open Starred, Saved Messages, and Chats when that feature is available in your Workspace.

On mobile you can:

• read and send messages, reply, react, save, and translate;

• open Models, Conversations, Chats, and individual items from notifications or shared links;

• view and download files and linked documents;

• review and complete assigned tasks;

• use search, notifications, and account preferences.

Some administration tools and bulk operations are desktop-only.

Install the Progressive Web App

Fashionupdater mobile can be installed as a Progressive Web App (PWA) from a supported browser.

iPhone or iPad

1. Open the mobile app address in Safari.

2. Tap Share.

3. Choose Add to Home Screen and confirm.

Android

1. Open the mobile app address in Chrome.

2. Open the browser menu.

3. Choose Install app or Add to Home screen and confirm.

The label can vary by device and browser version.

Push notifications and deep links

When supported by the browser and enabled for the Workspace, you can turn on push notifications from notifications or your preferences. Also confirm the browser or operating-system permission when prompted.

Links to Models, Conversations, Chats, messages, and tasks open the relevant content directly. If your session has expired, sign in; Fashionupdater then attempts to resume the requested destination.

Availability and visible content always depend on the Workspace, your role, and the permissions assigned to your account.
