# The Workspace

In Fashionupdater the **Workspace** is the main workspace, thanks to which collaboration between multiple users, even from different companies, becomes possible.

Each Workspace can be customized with [tags](/en/workspace-management/workspace-administration/tags-and-user-groups.md), which help with quick model searches and grouping them according to business needs, such as seasons, collections, brands, etc.

The Workspace is also the boundary for people, roles, access rules, progress statuses, and enabled product features. Authorized administrators can [invite other users](/en/workspace-management/workspace-administration/invite-user.md), assign roles, and use User Groups to limit access to the intended Models and Conversations.

If your account belongs to more than one Workspace, use the Workspace switcher. Content and permissions remain separate between Workspaces.
