Account security
Manage passkeys, email, password, and two-step verification
Open the user menu in the desktop app and choose Account Settings. On mobile, open Account. Some operations require a recent session; sign in again when prompted.
Add a passkey
A passkey lets you sign in with Face ID, your fingerprint, or your device PIN, without typing your password.
Open Account Settings on desktop or Account → Access & Security on mobile.
Under Passkeys, choose Add passkey.
Follow your device's instructions to finish creating the passkey.
Passkeys require a compatible device and browser. Your password remains available after you add a passkey.
Sign in with a passkey
On the sign-in page, enter your account's email address.
Choose Sign in with a passkey.
Follow your device's instructions to confirm sign-in.
If your passkey is unavailable or sign-in fails, you can use your password. If your browser does not support passkeys, update it before trying again.
Remove a passkey
Under Passkeys, choose Remove next to the passkey and confirm with Remove passkey. You will no longer be able to sign in to your account with that passkey; you can still use your password or another passkey.
If the list does not load, choose Refresh list to try again.
Change your email address
Enter the new address under Access Data.
Request a verification code.
Enter the code sent to the new address and confirm.
Until verification succeeds, keep using the previous address to sign in.
Change your password
Open Change Password, provide the requested information, and choose a new password that meets the displayed requirements. You may need to sign in again on other devices after the change.
Enable email MFA
In the security section, you can enable two-step verification by email. When it is active, Fashionupdater asks for a temporary code sent to your address after your email and password.
Before enabling it, make sure you have reliable access to the mailbox connected to the account. Keep the address current to avoid losing access.
Sessions and shared devices
Use Logout when you finish on a shared device. Never share passwords or verification codes. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact your Workspace administrator.
