# Linked Elements

Connect Models and Conversations and mention related content

Linked Elements connect related Models and Conversations so users can navigate between product information and broader discussions. The feature is shown only when enabled for the Workspace.

## Link Conversations to Models

When creating a Model in the desktop app:

1. Open **New Model**.
2. Complete the required Model details.
3. Under **Linked Conversations**, search for Conversations you can access.
4. Add the required Conversations and create the Model.

The relationship is created together with the Model. Only selectable content within your current access scope appears in the search.

## Navigate and mention linked content

Where a linked-content section is enabled in the details sidebar, select an item to navigate to it. You can also type **#** in a message or Note to mention available Models, Conversations, files, or Notes. Selecting the mention opens the referenced content.

A link makes navigation easier; it does not override the destination's access rules. Every user must still have permission to open the referenced item.
