# Models and Conversations

## Models

**Models** are containers ready to collect all the necessary information for the Team in an organized way. Thanks to models, in fact, communications between people involved in development will always be easily accessible at any time. Unlike communications that take place via email, in models everything is immediately in the right place and simultaneously shared with the right people.

## Conversations

**Conversations** are containers similar to models. They have a broader focus but collect communications and information in the same way. Conversations are based on User Groups, meaning they allow communication exclusively to members of the User Group or User Groups assigned to them.

{% hint style="success" %}
Since in Fashionupdater many of the operations available for **Models** are the same as those also provided for **Conversations**, the term **Element** in this guide refers indifferently to one of these two types of objects.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.fashionupdater.app/en/workspace-management/model-operations.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
