# Delete an Archived Item

## Permanently Delete an Archived Item

To access the list of archived items, Administrator permissions are required.

1. To permanently delete one or more archived items, click on the menu at the top left and select **Archived Items**. This operation enables multiple selection in the central list.
2. Once you have selected the desired item or items, click the **Delete** button on the right side of the screen.
3. Confirm that you want to delete the selected item or items by checking the checkbox.
