Audit Log and Insights

Review administrative changes and Workspace metrics

Fashionupdater provides two complementary administration views. They are only visible to authorized roles.

Audit Log

Open Workspace Settings and select Audit Log to review recorded administrative changes, such as updates to members, invitations, roles, and configuration.

Search for a member or administrator and use the available filters to narrow the list. Each row identifies who performed the action, when it happened, and, when available, what changed.

The Audit Log is intended for administrative changes; it does not replace the history of an individual Model or file.

Insights

Open Insights to review Workspace usage through the available metrics, including activity involving messages, files, Models, and their lifecycle state.

Use the displayed date range and filters to compare data. Metrics represent content within the current Workspace scope and access rules.

For changes to one item, use Model and Conversation history or the file's own history.
