# Workspace settings

Change shared Workspace settings and sidebar content

Workspace settings apply to every member. Only roles with the required administration level can see and change them.

## General settings

Open **Workspace Settings → General** to manage:

* **Workspace Name**;
* **Workspace Color**, used in sidebars, labels, and Workspace references;
* **Default Progress Status** for new Models.

The color and default status save automatically. Use the displayed save action for fields that require explicit confirmation.

## Right Sidebar

Open **Workspace Settings → Right Sidebar** to choose which supported detail tabs are shown for Models and Conversations. This configuration can include sections such as Files, Notes, linked documents, or Contributors.

Hiding a tab changes the Workspace interface; it does not delete the underlying content.

## Other administration sections

The Workspace Settings navigation also provides, according to your role:

* **Members** and **Invitations**;
* **User Groups**, **Tags**, and **Progress Status**;
* **Audit Log** and **Insights**;
* personal **User Preferences** and **Account Settings**.

System-level administrators can see additional Workspace and metadata tools that are not part of normal Workspace administration.
